This academy is a highly practical academy where participants of all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced, can deepen their understanding of strength training through lectures and peer coaching.

🎯Details of each course

CSA ONE (lecture 1h + practical 3h) total 4h

Target audience: This course is recommended for those who have studied strength training in classrooms but have not had much experience with barbell training.

Theme: Acquire basic strength patterns for the whole body. Understand the concept of strength balance and learn how to design a program.

Contents:

CSA ONE① Back Squat & Push Up Pattern

CSA ONE② Dead Lift & Row Pattern

CSA ONE③ Pull Up & Overhead Press & Front / Overhead Squat Pattern

CSA ONE④ Lunge & Carry Pattern

*Various exercises will be practiced by deriving from the patterns.
