Seminar Overview "How to control the degree of freedom? ~Learn how to think about exercise~"

Seminar Objectives
Learn new concepts for improving stability that complement traditional stability exercises and allow training in a state closer to performance. Rather than direct instruction of movement, the aim is to learn an approach that seeks stable control from the body by setting tasks and environments.

Solving on-site challenges
Many "compensations" can occur during standard stability exercises. For this reason, methods such as internal cueing and specifying movement processes are used in the field, but these methods often lack sufficient capabilities for learning control in unpredictable environments, high-speed movements, and the limitations of conscious control.

"I don't want to aim, but I want to aim."

The SST approach is to solve such on-site problems.

Contents of study : Fundamentals of dynamic systems theory and self-organization models; Selective stability training methods using constraints; Specific approaches to the knees, trunk, and shoulders; Mechanisms of body movement control and learning movement control; Practical exercise design and environment settings

Recommended for : Personal trainers, coaches, and physical therapists; those practicing dynamic stability training; those who feel the limitations of traditional stability exercises; those who want to learn approaches based on motor control theory; and those who want to update their teaching skills in the field.

Seminar structure : Lecture: Approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes Q&A: Approximately 20-30 minutes

This course will systematically teach you the theory and practice behind seemingly complex exercises, and equip you with practical thinking that you can use in the field. For those who regularly use dynamic stability training, this is an opportunity to further improve your skills.
